• Activate Health has an in-depth New Graduate preceptorship program comprising of time shadowing experienced team members, a dedicated experienced mentor for your first year with weekly 1 on 1 face to face meetings, quality reporting templates and systems, and full report writing training and guidance. A gradual introduction to higher skilled services, 3-6 and 12 monthly evaluations, with career mentoring and coaching.
• Participate in fortnightly AEP case conference meetings including in house AEP presentations, group case studies, and client brain storming sessions.

• NDIS programs tailored to individual needs, including individual and small groups, hydrotherapy, preparation for work-readiness,
