Are you an Enrolled Nurse working in the community or aged care looking to join the Tasmanian Health Service in a sub-acute and supportive environment?
The Transition Care Unit, located at 90 Davey Street Hobart, is an off-site, sub-acute ward of the Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) providing rehabilitation for older adults utilising contemporary clinical practises, delivered in a bright and positive setting. It offers a wide range of clinical experience and skill development to nurses and is a valuable stepping stone for those with a desire to gradually progress to the acute hospital setting.
The Enrolled Nurse provides direct patient/client centred nursing care to assigned patients/clients, within the scope of practice of an enrolled nurse and under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse/midwife to achieve planned patient outcomes.

Details of Appointment
Multiple fixed term, full time and part time shift-worker positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for approximately twelve (12) months.
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
$68,913 - $75,902 pro rata per annum + our Em ployer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
