Origin Hope is a leading global content and technology startup that needs key staff to support its scalup.

We are looking for energetic candidates with an excellent character, who are intelligent, open, and willing to learn. The internship will variously involve marketing, assisting the CEO, or a role in internal business or fundraising documents. This role will begin as an unpaid internship, convert to a paid internship after a discretionary period, and/or move into a paid role as part of the core team driving our growth around the world. The intention is to find the right candidate and move them into the best-fit permanent role as soon as possible. Successful candidates would earn equity in the business.

• You will be depended on to deliver on what is asked of you; your number one responsibility is to ensure you understand exactly what is asked of you
• Work directly with CEO and other staff in Norwich office, as well as remotely with workers and teams around the world
• Take ownership of organisational culture, especially urgency, ambition, and positivity
• Build and maintain working relationships with people from a range of different cultures; often encountering and learning them on the fly
• Maintaining digital communications at speed and with clarity
• Receive and implement constructive feedback
• Deliver information or work precisely as requested

• Superb social skills, comfortable in uncomfortable environments
• Social media and tech-savvy (willing to learn is fine_
• Erudite and learned in any field, however niche, non-traditional, or obscure
• Ability to react to and assimilate new information very quickly
• Maturity handling complex situations
• Critical thinking; analyzing from all angles, as well as forming and delivering complex arguments
• A willingness to learn the company's ambitions and to be part of the journey

Flexibility

• This role will require you to come into the Norwich office on request and possibly travel abroad as necessary
• Your presence will not be demanded in-person unless it is required; that requirement is at the company's discretion
