Lead Veterinary Surgeon ~ Lincolnshire

This role consists of a four-day work week and an external out-of-hours provider, so you can work at a senior level while maintaining a great work-life balance. Time is set aside each week for operational purposes.

Role Requirements:

• Provide a cohesive approach when it comes to the patients diagnostic work up and symptomatic therapy.
• Run the surgery at its optimum efficiency and productivity.
• Work closely with other senior members of the team.
• Foster a learning and open culture where both the team and clients can communicate their needs.
