1 Year Fixed Term Band 5 CT Radiographer,

An opportunity has arisen for 2.5wte fixed term Band 5 positions for 1 year within the CT department of Aberdeen Royal Infirmary in order to cover for maternity leave. We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated Radiographers with a positive attitude and effective organisational skills. The successful applicant may be required to also work within the general x-ray department when service provision requires.

The department currently has 3 scanners comprising a Siemens X.cite, GE Discovery 750HD and a GE Optima 660. It is a busy department, undertaking approximately 40,000 examinations per year and the successful candidate will be expected to undertake 7 day working.

The candidate will be educated to degree level in Diagnostic Radiography with current registration in HCPC.
