An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 Community Staff Nurse within the Community Nursing Service in East Ross Integrated Care Team.
The band 5 post holder will be required to work with patients with complex care needs within East Ross. Weekend working and variable shift pattern is required on a flexible rotational basis.
It is desirable to have some experience in community nursing, humidified ventilation and tracheostomy care but not essential as training will be available.
You must be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate an ability to work with different professional groups as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A full driving licence is essential and applicants should have their own vehicle for work purposes. All applicants should be registered with the NMC.
