Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

You’ll be coming in to manage the end-to-end concept through to launch in a large and fast paced manufacturing facility. Your line manager operates at group level, so day to day you’ll be the main point of contact.

All the lovely usual stuff, such as coordinating factory trials, pre/1st production runs and post launch reviews. Managing both internal and external stakeholders with clear communication on all projects.

Because you’re the main person on site, you’ll need to be a real people person that can influence people effectively, as well as build relationships with the key stakeholders.

It’ll be fast paced, at times it’ll be stressful, but it will also be rewarding.

Being part of a larger group there’ll undoubtedly be opportunities for further progression, which is something that the business are renown for. In fact this position itself has become available due to a number of promotions over the past 6 months!

To be considered you’ll need to have operated in an NPD or Process role within a manufacturing facility and be able to demonstrate you can work at pace and develop key relationships. Experience with meat processing is very strongly preferred due to its fast-paced nature, but please don’t be put off applying if you’ve worked with other chilled/short shelf-life food products.
