If you're passionate about making a difference and want to be valued for who you are, consider joining us as a Registered Nurse on a permanent part-time or casual basis.Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you will oversee the clinical needs and assessments of residents, promote and enhance the quality of resident care, engage with residents' families and representatives, and manage staff to ensure the delivery of individualized resident care within the Avondale Care division. Demonstrated Skills & Experience in:
  • Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current registration
  • Demonstrated experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably aged care and/or retirement living
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using resident computer programs.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in:
    • Leadership and supervision
    • Writing and reporting
    • Working with people
    • Planning and organizing
    • Decision-making and initiating action
  • Experience contributing to a positive workplace culture and high performing team
  • Reliable Car with Registration + Comprehensive Insurance
Have or Willing to Obtain:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Hepatitis B vaccination
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
