Due to continued growth in ourRegional NSWteam, an opportunity has become available for a Team Leader to lead and coach a high-performing and energetic team of Consultants!
Here are a few key duties:
- Overseethe team's performance and quality
- Explore new opportunities and growth areas
- Mentor and train junior staff members
- Provide advice and coach on case management practices, whilst also managing a case load of your own.
- Identify Return To Work barriers and, design,implement and monitor those programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required.

What you'll bring to the role:
- Qualifications and registration in any of the following:
- Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehab Counselling
- Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence and ability to travel for work
- At least 2 years’ experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation (highly regarded)
- Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments
- Ability to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals
Qualifications What you'll bring to the role:
