Aged Care Clinical Manager - North Brisbane, QLD

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Manager in North Brisbane with a reputable provider in Queensland.

Overview

• Large, brand new luxury facility 
• $110-$120k + super
• Full Time role – Monday – Friday 
• Passed a successful accreditation in Feb 2023
• Working closely with a Clinical Nurse 
• Reports to an experienced Facility Manager who is also clinical
• They have a Funding Specialist across every site.
• Head Office support – Operations Managers, Ops Support Managers, Quality Manager, Quality Coordinators

Requirements

• AHPRA Registered Nurse 
• Experience as a CN or CM in Aged Care required
• Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, risk management, and clinical governance.
• Commitment to providing person-centered care and promoting the dignity and independence of older adults.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
