Unified Health was founded in 2011 with a purpose to provide high quality care and services to our clients. We are an established multidisciplinary organisation located throughout NSW and the ACT with Private Practice Clinics in Newcastle, Forster, and Ballina.We provide our clinician’s the opportunity to work with a variety of clients from NDIS, homecare packages, aged care and private practice and believe this gives our clinician’s the ultimate ability to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role

  • You will work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse range of clients within the community, including Home Care Packages, Short-term Restorative Care Programmes and NDIS.
  • Opportunities to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team across the region.
  • Capacity to work and develop your clinical skills within our Riverina Hub.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with other like-minded Physiotherapists within Unified Health – ranging from new grads to experienced Senior Physiotherapists.
  • Commitment to develop clinical skills with varied caseloads and interests, providing you with the opportunity to grow within specific areas of service.
  • Work closely with upcoming Physiotherapists and students from our placement partnerships across multiple Universities.
  • Attend/present inservices, examine case studies and discuss new evidence-based practice research in our regular meetings providing opportunities for networking and development at a statewide level.
  • Opportunity to travel throughout NSW and the ACT and work with our team in our multiple Allied Health hub locations.
  • Supported by our skillful Client Support Coordinators/Administration team, using modern technologies and cloud-based systems for diary management and documentation.

About You

  • Committed to the values of Unified Health and eager to provide high quality care to all our clients.
  • A genuine desire to learn and grow within the role.
  • A willingness to work autonomously when required and also collaboratively as part of our multi-faceted team.
  • Able to remain calm and confident under pressure, and during all aspects of clinical practice.
  • Able to clinically reason and determine the best treatment for clients.
  • You have relevant tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy.
  • You have clinical experience as a Physiotherapist.
  • Experience in NDIS will be an advantage.
  • You have your own car and a valid drivers’ license.
  • Evidence of AHPRA registration, Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker screening check.
  • Evidence of Full COVID Vaccination, including COVID Booster.
