The Opportunity
Senior Registrar - Transition to Fellow - Obstetrics & Gynaecology 2025 Clinical Year
Albury Wodonga Health has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Registrar - Transition to Fellow in Obstetrics & Gynaecology to join our O&G team for the 2024 clinical year. The successful candidate will have exposure to a broad range of obstetric and gynaecology presentations, gaining confidence in the transition to consultant practice. There will be the opportunity for development of advanced laparoscopy skills, urogynaecological skills, and clinical experience in infertility and IVF procedures. Ultrasound training under the supervision of a local DDU. There will be opportunity to work in private clinics, theatres, & birth suite, with ready consultant back up within a multi-disciplinary environment unique to Wodonga.
The role is available to Registrars who have completed their written and oral RANZCOG and plan to complete FRANZCOG training within twelve months. The department is vibrant and supportive, well-known for our comaraderie. There is no requirement for weekend on call.
