About the role

We are looking for Allied Health Managers and Allied Health Team Leaders to join the team all across Melbourne , Vic some of the locations include Bayside, Hume Moreland The company is easy going and embraces a supportive and positive working culture, allowing for their staff to develop and progress with their career aspirations. 

Summary of Duties

  • Use your expertise and experience to elevate the skills of your team
  • Help steer organisation changes that will help us evolve and deliver even greater impacts for our NDIS participants
  • Grow your skills supporting people with different personalities and skills
  • Provide clinical leadership and share your knowledge to support therapists to deliver high quality support under a social model of disability
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within the organisation to support your team to achieve their KPIs
  • Attended a weekly huddle with the Team Leaders in your region to unpack opportunities for improving service delivery in your region
  • Worked together with your Area Lead and Regional Lead to meet demand for our services

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in required Allied Health discipline (preferably Speech and Occupational therapy or Physiotherapy) 
  • Currently registered with either AHPRA or SPA
  • Able to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Support people under a social model of disability
