Role Overview

Our Far North Queensland office continues to grow and we are seeking experienced Nurses who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service. 

As typical in the role of community nursing, you will assist with:

  • Basic care - such as checking temperature, blood pressure and breathing
  • Wound care and drain management
Blood sugar monitoring and diabetes education 

Accurate documentation, reporting and the development of care plans

Qualifications
  • Current registration with AHPRA;
  • Relevant Professional Indemnity Insurance;
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check;
  • Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate;
  • Smart mobile phone; and
  • Driver’s licence and their own reliable presentable car.
