Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the Lead Nurse, the Clinical Nurse Manager will play a pivotal role in the advancement and refinement of Cosmetic Injecting practices across our Australian Skin Clinics and Clear Skincare Clinics and act as the first point of contact relating to all clinical enquiries across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the AE Nurse Practitioner on AE’s and patient management where needed.
• Proactively provide guidance and support to cosmetic injectors within the region, supporting development, training and overall performance.
• Facilitate the comprehensive training of Cosmetic Injecting procedures within a peer nurse network, ensuring the progression of injectors through rigorous and compliant training protocols.
• Provide in-depth instruction on Cosmetic Injecting anatomy, theory, clinical protocols, and medical complication management.
• Conduct training sessions on relevant policies, procedures, processes, and guidelines to uphold regulatory compliance.
• Offer clinical oversight and guidance to our team of Cosmetic Injecting nurses, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive business development initiatives to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
• Undertake frequent travel across Sydney clinics, with potential interstate travel requirements.

About You:

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Bachelor of nursing and qualified as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in Cosmetic Injecting
• Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated passion for the Cosmetic Industry
• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to sharing knowledge
