About the role

Due to rapid expansion and demand, we are on the lookout for a highly personable, passionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our amazing team! Full-time is preferred, but part-time option is available.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of your own, with autonomy to organise your week how it best suits your work style. We offer our team a range of flexible work options such as working from home and flexible hours .

You will also have the opportunity to help shape and develop our next batch of superstar OT by sharing your knowledge and skills!

We also offer 1 Mental Health days a year to be taken at any time you need to clear your mind, destress and recharge to avoid burning out. And our clients are based in the northern and/or western suburbs of Melbourne to minimise time spend on the road going between clients.

What you'll need

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Previous experience in occupational therapy assessments and interventions including working with individuals and families
  • Experience in assessment and service delivery to disability and aged care clients in the community
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Knowledge of NDIS and HCP highly regarded
  • Well-developed communication, planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative internal and external working relationships
  • A commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality services
  • An ongoing desire to improve and achieve personal goals
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Working with Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
