Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join a dynamic ICU team. As a Registered Nurse in ICU, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to changes and implementing appropriate interventions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely and thorough documentation.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, procedures, and ongoing care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in critical care nursing.
Qualifications And Experience
  • Registered Nurse qualification with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Previous experience in an Intensive Care Unit or critical care setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
