As a Team Leader, you will provide clinical supervision and leadership to empower a passionate team, supporting clinicians of all levels to drive a culture of excellence and facilitate best practice. You will continue to support clients with a manageable clinical caseload, whilst providing leadership to the team using your skills and expertise to develop others.

Our amazing administration team are there to support you and the team with the day-to-day admin tasks making your job a breeze!

Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current SPA registration
  • Experienced Senior Speech Pathologist with a passion for making a difference and developing a growing team
  • A bright, bubbly and energetic personality - your infectious personality will empower the team to always strive to be their best!
  • Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
