What You Will Be Doing
The Casual Weekend Physiotherapy role will be working within the multidisciplinary At Home Subacute team to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes for people in their homes and community settings. There is a strong emphasis on providing excellent evidenced based practice treatment, with a multidisciplinary team approach for person centred care. Care will be delivered within neurological, orthopaedic, general rehabilitation, GEM and palliative care streams.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Current Driver's Licence
• Registration with the Physiotherapy board of Australia (via AHPRA)
• Demonstrated competence in Physiotherapy clinical service provision in subacute or community settings
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously

*Please refer to salary circular Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Health Sector) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
This role must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and meet the requirements of the Peninsula Health immunisation policy.

Selection Criteria Essential: Current Drivers License
