About the Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and work within a great family team environment. As one of our Clinical Care Coordinators (Clinical Nurses), you will be responsible for overseeing quality clinical care to our residents, you will complete clinical assessments and documentation, review/update digital Care Plans and most importantly provide hands-on support and coaching to our Enrolled Nurse and Registered Nurse team. 
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with flexibility around start times and working days for the right applicant and to be able to roll your sleeves up and support working on the floor as a Registered Nurse (when required to support the team) will be a highly regarded trait.
Skills and Experience 

  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role 
  • Clinical Nurse experience preferred but not essential
  • Current registration with no restrictions
  • Clinical assessment skills
  • Willing to continuously develop knowledge in all areas
  • A great team player, communicator and innovator.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing
  • Current AHPRA registration 
  • First Aid & CPR 
  • Follow Safe Manual Handling practice 
  • Infection control and prevention, IPC lead for infection control (desirable)
  • A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply)
  • Covid and seasonal influenza vaccination status to be provided
