Job Description

As a Team Leader with IPAR, you willhavethe support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure.Your duties will include:

  • Case management and perform services to maintain your technical & professional skills;
  • Completea variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills;
  • Applyyour clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
  • Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
  • Provide leadership and mentorship support to your team of Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologist, Rehab Counsellors, Social Workers and Registered Nurses;
  • Lead your team to meet individual and team targets;
  • Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team;
  • Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications

As a successful Team Leader with IPAR, you will possess:

  • Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology;
  • Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body (AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC/RCAA/AASW);
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry (preferred);
  • Experience in a similar roleor demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance;
  • Australian full working rights;
  • Current NSW's Driver License and access to motor vehicle with comprehensiveinsurance.
