As a Registered or Graduate Nurse with us, you'll play a pivotal role in providing person- centred care to the residents. From palliative care to dementia support, you'll utili s e your nursing skills to make a real difference in the lives of those they serve. This role offers a higher level of responsibility, including administrative duties such as leadership, support, and education to other team members.

• hold current AHPRA registration and ;
• ideally have experience in residential aged care or home care ;
• e xperience with dementia care and palliative care support is desired, along with proficiency in decision-making and problem-solving.
