To find out more about us visit values areRespect, Kindness, DignityandCompassion. About the opportunityWe are currently seeking a committed Clinical Care Coordinator to join our Clinical Leadership team at our Moran Kellyville Home. Reporting to the Care Manager you will be responsible for the overall clinical assessment program, and supporting the RNs as required to ensure resident assessments are completed and inform the development of care plans tailored to resident’s individual assessed care needs. As a member of the Clinical Leadership team, participates in clinical governance activities, including planning and implementing clinical priorities.You will be supported and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role with us.
