Pediatric Physiotherapist

Join a dynamic team as a Paediatric Physiotherapist on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We are seeking a passionate and experienced full time Physiotherapist. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in paediatric physiotherapy, with a strong commitment to supporting neurodiverse and typically developing children.

Our client is a leading provider of therapies for children and adolescents, focusing on a range of services including occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychology, physiotherapy, and dietetics. Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring treatment programs, with the potential for interdisciplinary and joint sessions.
  • Collaborating with clients, families, and external supports to ensure sustained progress beyond therapy sessions.
  • Providing high-quality patient care, including accurate and informative reporting to external stakeholders with client consent (e.g., NDIS, paediatricians).
  • Developing and leading group programs, contributing to our diverse range of activities.

Requirements

  • A degree in physiotherapy and a minimum of 2 years' experience in paediatrics.
  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • A driver's license and own transport (travel expenses reimbursed).
  • Experience in supporting young people with physical and neurological conditions, as well as developmental delays.
  • A current Working with Children check or willingness to obtain.
  • Professional indemnity and liability insurance.
  • Current membership with the Australian Physiotherapy Association, preferably with the Paediatric Group.
  • National Police Certificate (NPC)
