About the Role 

Community Rehabilitation offers client-centred, goal-driven rehabilitation services to maximise a client’s independence, health and well-being following acute illness or injury. Community Rehabilitation consists of large interdisciplinary teams that work with the client to achieve their rehabilitation goals and provide home and centre-based therapy.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Ongoing Full Time Grade 2 Physiotherapist. This position is predominately based within the Dandenong Community Rehabilitation Team; however, travel to and work at any of the Monash Health sites may be required.

You will be working in a variety of specialisms including (but not limited to): 

  • Neurological 
  • Orthopaedic 
  • Cardiac 
  • Pulmonary 
  • General Rehabilitation
