About the role

We have developed a structured Graduate Nurse Program which is a 24 month program , including a thorough orientation, five fully funded study days and monthly debrief and reviews throughout the year and 2 rotations during the year within the hospital.

The position is for an Enrolled Nurse wanting to work either full time/ part time within a dynamic environment which provides opportunities for learning and we provide Nursing Educators on each ward to facilitate this.

Your main duties will include:

  • Ability to work within your scope of practice.
  • Ability to work within the guidelines of hospital policy and procedure requirements
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team

About you

  • AHPRA Registration
  • Birth certificate or drivers licence
  • Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
