About Us

Gippsland Southern Health Service (GSHS) Leongatha Campus is located in the beautiful South Gippsland Region, about 100 kilometres south-east of the Melbourne CBD. Our health service is a well respected and modern facility. We have three aged care facilities across Leongatha and Korumburra with between 20 to 35 beds. Our team is interested in improving and maintaining the quality of life of our elderly residents through robust assessments, planning and implementation of care. There may be opportunities to be rostered as either “in-charge of shift” or “working on the floor”. This is an opportunity to join a team where there is significant support and opportunity for advancement. Applicants should have sound communication, organisational and team-work skills. Aged care experience is preferred but not essential.
