An experienced Children's Home Registered Manager is required to lead and develop a leading children's home in the Worthing area.

As Registered Manager you will lead and inspire your own team. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the children living within the home have the very best care, great role models and a place to call home.

What the home is looking for in a Registered Manager:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a residential of care for children position
• Must have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's workforce
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
• Have at least 2 years' experience within Residential Childcare and working with young people & managing staff
• A strong leader, who can motivate, lead, and support residential workers
• A 'Good' or 'Outstanding' grade within your recent Ofsted inspection
