An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Childrens Home Registered Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager in the Burnham-on-Crouch area.

We are seeking a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager with a background in childrens residential services, for a wonderful opportunity to join an incredibly supportive small, independent provider of residential childrens homes.

This is a new home that is very nearly ready to go! You will work with the team to ensure everything is finalised and you will lead in the OFSTED registration process. You will have significant autonomy to make this project your own and development it in the direction you wish, along with as much support as you need. In conjunction, you will be fully supported to develop in terms of your own knowledge and training.

Hours: 40 pw + shared on-call (shared amongst approx 10 Managers)

There is a very competitive salary in the region of £55,000 + bonus.
