Based in Orange and covering the Central West, we are looking to expand the availability, reach and access to high quality allied health care in the region. We are looking for likeminded and passionate allied health professionals who are committed to regional and rural health.

PHYZX now have a rare opportunity for a Lead/Senior Physiotherapist (or OT/Speech Pathologist) to join our team. This is a unique role for an experienced Clinician driven to make a difference in a multi-modality allied health environment. The opportunity provides a sign on bonus, excellent remuneration and an opportunity for performance incentives and equity/partnership via our Shareholder Model. 

With the benefit of extensive Support Office resources, you will lead our Allied Health team, support the development of our current allied health services - including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Remedial Massage and Exercise Physiology. This full time position (or significant part time) will be based at our Orange location with the opportunity to also work and lead across our other practice locations if suitable. This role would also be a great opportunity to gain exposure to a regional caseload and/or leadership experience and we would be open to a 2 year temporary placement for those looking to gain this experience specifically in these areas. 

About you 

This role would be ideal for an experienced Allied Health Professional looking to take their career to the next level. You will have:

• Degree in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA
• Good relationship building capacity with a friendly approach to both patients and staff
• Time management skills with the ability to manage a diverse case mix
• Previous leadership experience with the ability to effectively lead a team in an approachable and professional manner
• A desire to make a difference within your team, industry and local community
• Medicare Provider Number and Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Rights to work in Australia with Australian experience
