Job Description

We are looking for experienced,Independent Occupational Therapy contractors with knowledge of the NDIS landscape to work as part of our flexible workforce.

This contractor role is designed to fit you, your needs and lifestyle.

Responsibilitieswill include:

  • Assisting NDIS participants, along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
  • Evaluating, developing, and delivering evidence-based support plans within a complex support space
  • Developing meaningful goals and practical strategiesutilising a positive behaviour support framework, and with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices, in the home and community.
  • Ensuring individual plans reflect our NDIS participants' goals, passions, and strengths, as well as ensuring they get more out of life.
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications

What you will need:

As a contractor you will need the following:

  • 2 Years NDIS experience
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Active ABN
  • Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity insurance and Comprehensive car insurance.
