Role: Spa Therapist

Salary (DOE): up to £29,000 + benefits

About the role:

We are looking for a talented Spa Therapist to join our friendly team in one of the most renowned location within the luxury industry, in Knightsbridge. You will be experienced within massage and facials and will take ownership of the spa journey of your guests. You will be trained in the brand service ritual, treatment protocols and products to ensure you are able to deliver these services accordingly with the company standards. You will provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for complying with all relevant health and safety practices.

Please note: Beauty Therapist NQV 3 qualification or equivalent is required as a minimum.

The ideal candidate is:

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• A great communicator and team player.
• Friendly. People-oriented. Well-presented.
• Has Beauty Therapist NQV 3 qualification or equivalent as a minimum.
• Experience in premium spa environment desirable.
• Able to meet or exceed occupancy targets and meet retail sales targets.
• Flexible availability across days/hours. We want all of our team to have a good work-life balance, please discuss your availability further with the hiring manager before/during the interview
• Proof of right to live and work in the country.
