As the Senior WHS Site Advisor you will play a pivotal role reporting directly to the General Manager, spearheading WHS initiatives across two industrial production areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the way with the safety Values and behaviors
• Drive the development of WHS improvement programs
• Conduct thorough investigations into safety-related incidents
• Collaborate closely with senior management to devise comprehensive safety strategies
• Deliver or coordinate training sessions
• Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Health & Safety role, with a strong background in blue-collar environments
• Hold relevant qualifications in WHS or a related field
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven track record in instilling a safety-first culture
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adept at data analysis
• Hold a current driver's license and participate in occasion travel for work purposes
