Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Physiotherapist located in Bongaree, QLD. The Senior Physiotherapist will be responsible for developing treatment plans, exercise programs, and providing hands-on therapy to patients. They will also mentor junior staff and engage in promotional activities such as awareness campaigns to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
• Proven experience of 5+ years in a senior physiotherapist role
• Experience in hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and treatment plan development
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and manage staff effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
• Experience in rehabilitation and working with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sporting injuries is highly desirable
