Your Day To Day Will Include

  • Providing evidence based therapy services to Adult NDIS clients around Melbourne's Western suburbs
  • Work from their office located in Sunshine to attend team meetings, see clients and collaborate with team members
  • Assist with services including home modifications, functional assessments, home safety assessments and assistive technology
  • Service clients in a limited radius near your home location
  • Ensure customers receive tailored services that are individualised & outcomes focused
  • Conducts relevant therapeutic assessment with clients developing the resulting reports & plans
  • Deliver a variety of one-on-one or group based activities in a range of settings including onsite and in the community
  • Record accurate and timely notes & billing relating to activities & outcomes for clients
  • Meet billable hours targets of 5 hours per day after induction (includes report writing, face to face and travel)

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
