We are looking for a Driven and Enthusiastic Experienced Occupational Therapist who is ready to take that next step in their Paediatric careerto provide supervision and mentoring to our close, supportive OT Team in our Mount Barker and Morphett Vale clinics!

About your new Role
  • Provide your AHA, New graduate, and Senior OT team members with supervision and mentoring 1on1, in groups and at team training days.
  • Enjoy a larger CPD budget to ensure you can manage the most complex, difficult or critical client presentations and support your team to develop the skills to also do this.
  • Management of a varied Paediatric case load seeing a broad range of conditions and ages.
  • Conduct a variety of assessments to establish outcome based goals.
  • Utilise problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge to create fun and effective therapy sessions.
  • Work with families, schools, kindy's and Childcare centers in a collaborative approach providing credible recommendations and solutions to drive the desired client goal.
  • Must have full AHPRA registration (or be about to become registered)
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
  • 5+years Paediatric OT experience
