The generous remuneration package for resident RMP includes:

RURAL MEDICAL PRACTITIONER

Senior Rural Medical Practitioner (SRMP)

  • RL4.1 – 4.4 $234,964 – 262,168 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
  • PD Allowance $21,603 - - 28,806 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
  • Attraction Allowance $43,206 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
  • Retention Allowance $43,206 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
  • SRMP Allowance $28,806 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis

Plus - Professional Development leave 10 days; 6 weeks recreation leave and annual leave bonus. Salary sacrifice $9,010,

Above based on fulltime and residing in community.

Relocation and Repatriation Reimbursement apply for resident doctors and may be negotiated for Darwin based FIFO.
