Health, Safety & Environment (Mining, Resources & Energy)2:1 or ex Perth or Local to the KimberleyBuru Rehab are looking for a high energy HSE Advisor to join our team in the Kimberley as we re-start a rehabilitation operation, so you will be there from the start to set things up for success!Supported by the hands-on leadership team, the role will be based onsite and cover all aspects of safety for the project including:Emergency responseIncident and event managementInvestigationsInspectionsAuditsAction managementInductionsInjury ManagementRisk and general safety trainingManaging the training matrix and Indigenous training programTo be considered for the position you must possess the following as a minimum:Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety or higherCurrent Senior First Aid CertificateRelevant Bulk earthworks experience in a similar role within Health, Safety and Environment in the Civil or Mining sectorsExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven knowledge of Australian WHS laws and regulationsThings we’d consider a bonus:Certificate IV Trainer AssessorHigh level first aid/paramedicMyOSH experienceICAM trainedAbout Buru RehabBuru Rehab is an Aboriginal owned earthworks and mining services contractor.
