The role:
You will be able to use exceptional communication, organisation and relationship management skills to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team. Your role will be responsible for managing the Delivery Services Branch Secretariat Team so that all in scope Boards/Committees/Forums are supported by high quality, consistent secretariat support. Your role will ensure that key stakeholders are informed of actions and outcomes in a timely manner.

To be considered for this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a diplomatic approach and the ability to liaise and relate to a wide range of stakeholders including senior and executive stakeholders. Further, the successful candidate will have demonstrated skills in advanced time management and work prioritisation skills, advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
Working closely with programs and projects, your experience will greatly assist in improving program and project governance and ensure that program and project boards are effective, consistent and have the right information to support decision making and provide direction.
