About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide a high level of administration support and customer service to units within the Jaghu Program, including efficient utilisation of appointment times for consultants and clinicians.
You will respond to general client enquiries via phone, email and in person. Assist staff and clients in the work unit as requested. Register patient data onto relevant electronic databases and ensure patient data is updated in a timely and accurate manner.
