 The Role:
You'll be more than a clinician – you'll be a mentor for 6 clinicians with a very minimal caseload to stay actively involved. 
You will also provide support to the Team Leader of the International Occupational Therapists at the clinic. This clinician has 18 months of experience and will benefit from an experienced leader as their mentor. 
The clinic has state-of-the-art facilities and welcomes a highly experienced multi-disciplinary team daily. This offers the best of both worlds: enjoy working in the clinic environment with no travel while also having the freedom to choose your own hours. 
This is not an organisation that is KPI focused, with some of the lowest in the industry. 
1 day per week is allocated to you to focus on senior leadership projects. Ensuring you have enough time in your fortnight to plan, strategise and implement initiatives within the clinic.
Role Requirements:

• Experience leading an OT Team or a Senior role where this leadership has been demonstrated
• Experience in Paediatrics
• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
• Current Registration
