About the Position:
As part of our client's Workplace Rehabilitation team, you will be instrumental in facilitating a safe and efficient return to employment for individuals with psychological or physical injuries. This role offers the autonomy to manage your own schedule effectively, while also being supported by a cohesive and supportive team. Your day-to-day tasks will include a mix of case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes, and collaborating with a range of professionals to implement preventative and educational workplace programs.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
- Demonstrated passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and access to personal transport.
