HybridPosition - Will be mix of remote and onsite clinical work This positionwill design and implement treatment programs for children, teenagers,and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder in collaboration with theAutism Services Program Manager. The Senior Therapist will conductinitial and ongoing assessments, train and supervise a treatment team ofAutism Program Assistants in the implementation of member programs,conduct parent/caregiver training, directly implement treatment programsto members, evaluate member progress toward treatment goals, maintainregular contact with the parents/guardians of the children andadolescents in the program receiving services, monitor treatmentfidelity and integrity, and adjust treatment protocols based on outcomedata. The Senior Therapist will be part of the Autism Services Programand provide clinic-based, virtual, and in-home treatment per departmentprotocols. They will complete documentation in the electronic medicalrecord in a timely manner per department and organization protocols, andchart in a manner that is patient-oriented and professional. SeniorTherapist will lead case consultations with their behavior teams and bean active participant in department meetings.
