largest private implant program in Western Australia as well as brand-new surgical facilities.Your Role:Working closely with the National Manager, you will operationalise the strategic vision optimising clinic efficiency, utilisation, and client outcomes whilst tenaciously pursuing innovations in clinical protocols. You are a dedicated professional with strong leadership and management skills ensuring all team members demonstrate compliance with all clinical procedures and other requirements.With a clear appreciation of excellence in research and commitment to translating research findings into clinical application, you will also report into our Chief Operating Officer Research, enhancing the client experience, strengthening Ear Science’s position as an international leader in the field.Supported through our corporate services team you will be able to focus on inspiring your multi-disciplinary team, building referral pathways for implant candidates and streamlining workflows between the clinic and surgical facility, providing a seamless clinical experience.As an ambassador for Ear Science, you will be provided with opportunities to travel internationally showcasing the innovation and clinically excellent outcomes of the Institute.Such a unique opportunity requires resilience, tenacity and agility.
