The Role

If so, this could be the perfect role for you

The successful candidate will work in Uxbridge, improving the lives of people using our services, by providing direct support to an individual or groups of individuals in conjunction with Support Workers and the Service Manager to help them develop their skills and make decisions about their future.

You will be provided with full training but must be friendly, proactive, positive, approachable and non-judgemental. You will also need to have the ability to make on the spot decisions and be ready to sometimes deal with challenging situations. Flexibility around working hours, as some weekend work maybe required.
