About the role
An exciting opportunity exists within the North West HHS Allied Health Services department for a Senior Physiotherapist to work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team and broader community to establish and implement a Continence and Women's Health Physiotherapy Service for the region.
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will drive continuous improvement of Physiotherapy services through professional leadership and participation in quality improvement opportunities to ensure the region is delivering care consistent with professional standards aligned with the health service strategic priorities.
Additionally, you will lead the provision of a comprehensive inpatient/outpatient physiotherapy service to the North West HHS, in continence and women's health and generalist services in the following: medical and surgical wards, paediatric and maternity wards, ICU, ED, various outpatient clinics including a weekend roster and outreach opportunities.
You will be leading a team that actively contributes to patient safety by developing policies, procedures and protocols for the North West Hospital and Health Service.
