About the Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse- In Charge, you'll be an advocate for our residents, using your passion for aged care to make a difference to their lives. As a leader, you'll empower your staff to do the same.

Being the only nurse in charge during your night shift, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our residents whilst working within and supervising a multidisciplinary team. Our residents deserve the very best nursing care, and our Nurses are an integral part of our care team.

On offer are permanent part time positions for After Hours Supervisors with shifts available weekdays and weekend nights.

About You

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Current AHPRA registration (Division 1)
  • Experience working as an After-hours supervisor is highly desirable
  • Availability and reliability to commit to permanent shifts
  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members
