About the Role

These full and part time, fixed term and ongoing positions within the Specialist Clinics Access team, are responsible ensuring all referrals move through the referral receipting and triaging processes efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Knowledge of administrative process in the management of incoming referrals.
  • Knowledge of Specialist clinics processes
  • Skills in the use of multiple IT systems including our Electronic Medical Record

Classification for this position with range from A010 ($58,442.80 per annum pro rata) - A012 ($63,996.40 per annum pro rata).

Your Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in data entry roles
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work and contribute to a team.

About The Department

Specialist Clinics operates the outpatient service, for all medical and surgical departments of the hospital. Seeing over 1200 patients per day we are one of the busiest outpatient services in Victoria.
