Currently Zenith Healthcare work with leading providers in various clinical areas ranging from Hospitals, Residential Aged Care, Community/NDIS to Mental Health. We are currently looking for Scrub Scouts who are looking for their next career move/opportunity! We will provided ongoing support and advice during the entire onboarding process and take you through every step to ensure that you find the right opportunity, in the right area with a really great rate of pay, so that you are happy.

The Exciting Opportunity:

We currently have various permanent full-time and part-time opportunities available geographically ranging from Perth Metro, right the way through regional areas.

We are looking for passionate and talented Scrub Scout Registered Nurses AHPRA registered - all nursing specialisations. Cardiac and Neuro would be advantageous.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

  • Provide high quality, safe and effective nursing care that aligns with the individual
  • All shifts available - AM, PM, Nights, Weekends, Weekdays
  • Anticipate patients changing health needs and manage requirements appropriately
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrate clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients during perioperative journey
  • Maintaining current knowledge and skills to ensure continued professional development.
  • Adhere to clinical accreditation standards and framework

The Successful Candidate:

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Previous experience as a Scrub/Scout in an operating theatre.
  • Looking for Permanent Full Time, Part Time employment or fixed term employment
  • Full Australian working rights and able to pass a national police clearance
  • Post graduate experience in theatre four to five years
  • Highly organised, work well under pressure and have strong time managment
  • Flexible in responding to changing needs of the patients and your team
