Provide sound professional advice critical in dealing with significant issues related to assessment, planning, review, evaluation, and coordination of service delivery in defined practice area.

The Resource Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the provision of safe and high-quality care while adhering to the standards set by NT Health. This role involves roster management, interim riskman review, orientation/education to new staff/agency staff and students, contributing to the development of policies and guidelines, compliance check for the activity based funding and liaising with external stakeholders and contributing to service improvement. Collaboration with Team Manager to ensure that the team is maintaining the quality and safety requirement. The successful applicant must possess clinical skills to support the team during times of heightened demand must hold a recognised mental health qualification and meet the authorised standards required of a Designated Mental Health Practitioner in accordance with the NT Mental Health and Related Services Act (1998).

Job Role
